From Empty Field to Established Wedding Venue
Wyndermere Weddings had the perfect location but no brand, website, or online presence. We helped transform this blank canvas into a sought-after wedding venue with a strong brand identity, a polished Instagram presence, a professional wedding brochure, and a strategic marketing plan that started bringing in bookings.

The Challenge
When they reached out to us, they were starting from scratch. No website. No brochure. No social media. And certainly no idea where to begin. As newcomers to the wedding industry, and with busy family lives and other ventures, they needed help. And fast.
The Approach
This was no small task, but we’re not the type to shy away from a challenge. First things first: we dove into creating a brand kit that would set the tone for everything. Together with Jacqueline and Paul, we worked to capture the rustic charm of the countryside, blending earthy tones and a down-to-earth vibe that reflected their vision. This wasn’t just about creating a logo—it was about setting the stage for everything else that was to come.
Once the brand was in place, we knew we had to hit the ground running. We helped Jacqueline and Paul organise a staged wedding shoot that brought in a team of suppliers to create a ‘real’ wedding day. This allowed us to capture high-quality photos and videos that would form the heart of their future marketing efforts. These assets would give the venue a presence online, something they’d never had before.
But that was just the beginning. As part of the process, we worked with Paul on refining their wedding packages and guided him through the often-confusing maze of ceremony licences to ensure everything was in place for a smooth launch. After that, we designed a wedding brochure that showcased their newly polished brand and highlighted the venue’s unique DIY wedding experience.
Next up, we built their very first Instagram page, infused with their new branding and vibe. We also created a tailored VenueFlow portal to handle leads, track revenue, and optimise their marketing efforts. With everything in place, it was time to launch their first ad campaign to start driving high-quality traffic and bookings.
The Results
In the few months since we began working together, Wyndermere Weddings has seen incredible progress:
