The Challenge
Exclusive Yacht Weddings (EYW) boasts a fleet of luxurious yachts hosting numerous weddings each year. However, they faced challenges adapting to modern-day marketing. The team relied heavily on traditional strategies with no CRM system to track key statistics. Everything was managed manually, which became unsustainable for Sharron, who runs two large companies. She needed a streamlined solution that provided a dashboard overview of conversion rates, revenue streams, and ad performance.
While EYW had a brand identity, it wasn’t marketed effectively. The promotions and posts were outdated, and minimal effort had been directed towards modern marketing techniques.
